Erasmus project: “Together for a better world” Modellschule Graz 10/03/2024
Peace Museum Vienna was delighted to have Modellschule Graz participate from Austria and Spain in our interactive workshop, and we hope the experience was both educational and inspiring. Your engagement with our exhibits and programs is a testament to your commitment to peace, and we are grateful for the collaborative spirit you bring to our shared mission.
Peace Hero Walk in Vienna 2016
The Peace Hero Walk was a form of peace education for all participants. The aim is to inspire a new generation of Peace leaders who will construct a more peaceful world where nonviolence is the way of life. At the Peace Heroes walk, different teams came to promote and teach about their peace heroes to other teams. At the end of the we had a conversation further by providing specific topics related to the general field of Peace education. Notable topics for the workshops include, Berta Von Suttner, Art for Peace, Nonviolent Action, and why we need Peace heroes.
Peace Day 21/09/2016
On the UN International Day of Peace, Peace Museum Vienna has been invited to Vienna International School to join the celebration of the International Peace Day and organize some workshops with the students.
We tried to promote our message of peace reminding them how small actions can make a big change and how children can become a role model in pursuing such an aim.
